OrderGo natively supports thermal receipt printers without complicated driver installations:

Supported Printer Formats:

1. 80mm (3-inch): Ideal for comprehensive guest final receipts with restaurant logo, tax breakdown, and QR payment codes.
2. 58mm (2-inch): Compact format optimized for Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) and token slips.

📊 Day-End Cashier Settlement (Z-Report)

At the conclusion of each work shift or business day:

1. Navigate to POS → Shift Management.
2. Click Close Register.
3. View the automatic breakdown of Expected Cash vs Actual Cash Count, total UPI receipts, Card payments, and refunded/voided orders.
4. Export or print the official Z-Report Shift Summary.
